Reservation Policy
Upon booking, the price of your stay will remain fixed and will not change. Hurghada Coliving by RedNerd requires full payment in advance at the time of reservation. Failure to receive full payment on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Hurghada Coliving offers two reservation options:
- Fixed Price Option
- Flexible Price Option
For reservations under the Fixed Price Option, the cancellation policy is as follows:
- If the guest cancels more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, a full refund will be provided.
- If the guest cancels less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, the reservation is non-refundable. However, the amount can be converted into a voucher for future stays at Hurghada Coliving, valid for one year (365 days).
For reservations under the Flexible Price Option, the cancellation policy is as follows:
- If the guest cancels more than 1 week before the arrival date, a full refund will be provided.
- If the guest cancels less than 1 week before the arrival date, the reservation is non-refundable. However, the amount can be converted into a voucher for future stays at Hurghada Coliving, valid for two years.

Hurghada Coliving operates under Egyptian legislation. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
By registering, you agree to be contacted regarding your reservation. Additional contact will not be made unless you opt-in for our newsletter.
You agree not to use any device or software to interfere with our website. Unauthorized use of any robot, spider, or manual process to monitor or copy our website content is prohibited unless expressly permitted by an authorized representative. Standard search engine technologies directing users to our website are exempt from this restriction. You agree not to use our website for any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited purposes, or in any manner that disrupts its operation, including the use of malicious code or programs. Offensive use, including threatening, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content, is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access to our website for violations of these terms.
Reservations must be legitimate and for personal use only, not for resale, impermissible assignment, speculative, false, or fraudulent purposes.
These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Hurghada Coliving may use and publish photos of clients for marketing purposes.
Your booking reserves a room type, not a specific room. While we will try to accommodate room preferences, operational or safety reasons may require us to allocate an alternative room. If moved to a lower rate room, we will refund the rate difference.
Hurghada Coliving is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to persons or property during the stay. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and public areas.
